Ming's Wok

Taking it back to my hometown again on this one. Someone, somewhere probably said "You never forget your first Chinese food experience." if not, then I just said it. Ming's Wok is the first place I ever had Chinese food. It was a new experience and I was actually a little intimidated by it at first. Once I tried it I realized it was amazing. My group of friends when I was a teenager would crash that buffet on a regular basis. To this day it's still the standard in which I judge all other Chinese food. Since then they have changed their name to "First Wok" and moved from their awesome little location in the town square to a shady old KFC location at the towns main red light. It kind of lost its mystique after that.
