Promotional Element Options

A few options for an unobtrusive way to promote an upcoming company event. Besides the full width banner option that would appear above the navigation, the "tag" options would remain fixed on either side or bottom of the screen as the user scrolls. Only on hover or click would the full event content reveal itself.
