On a rainy night in the Bronx, the last place Yankees stole a win away from the Red Sox, thanks in part to a smattering of egregious strike calls. Down a run in the top of the ninth, both David Ortiz and Hanley Ramirez struck out with the bases loaded at the hands of former Sox reliever Andrew Miller.
