App Idea for Freelancing

So, I have an idea for an app. Particularly, clients who are looking to hire freelancers would be able to go into the app and find exactly who they are looking for. They would be able to search by local area, and also sort by the skill set of the freelancer in mind. Say that this is an info page about a certain freelancer and click on "info". This would be the modal that comes up in the profile.
