Day 001 Sign Up

I am extremely excited to be starting the 100 Days of UI challenge. I will be doing things a bit different since I am both a designer and front-end developer. I will be designing based on the prompts then spending the next day bringing the design to life. It might take me more than 200 days to get through the project but I am determined to complete it by the end of the year. I will post the code samples in the comments of each as they are completed. All feedback is welcome.
