Five Minute Cart Improvements

Been updating the POSMicro global navigation for an improved user experience. The backend of the site is a bit of a muss which means that there are several header files and not enough time to consolidate them.

This is the quick fix which not only makes the cart page more usable but also matches the new header a bit better. The mission of the cart page is to make it easy to see what you are buying and how to do that. Removing the visual noise makes it easier to see the checkout button and reduces distraction from the site's main goal, checkout.
