Red Jumpers – Web Application for IT Staffing Agency
RJ App is a platform where outstaffing and outsourcing requests from partners of the Red Jumpers agency are placed. The platform enables partners to store and manage their developer profiles, submit them to requests, track feedback, and agency managers to place requests, collect and sort candidates accordingly.
The process of building RJ App coincided with the rebranding of the company, so we had the necessary vision of the design, colors, visualizations that we wanted to apply. We started work with very basic functions, tested them for the presence of bugs, fixed them, and slowly implemented increasingly complex ones.
The main difficulty of the work was to 1) constantly add new functions without breaking the existing ones, because the work was already being carried out in full in parallel with the development (bug-fixing was actually instantaneous, and it was mega important and the team worked just perfectly in this), and 2) ensure the operation of the platform with the presence of a large and increasing number of users.
