Background

I was tasked with designing an operation dashboard for ModelHire, a leading platform for hiring freelance talent in the modelling industry. The goal was to create a user-centric dashboard that would streamline project management, freelancer management, and communication.

Approach

To achieve this, I conducted research to understand the needs and pain points of project managers. I collaborated closely with the client to bring their vision to life, employing a clean and professional design aesthetic with soft colors and a sans-serif font. The result was a user-friendly interface with clear labels, CTA buttons, and intuitive navigation.

Result

The final design met the client's objectives, improving project management efficiency and improving productivity and user engagement. This project shows my expertise in UI/UX design for complex project management systems.
