Rosie's Revenge Handwritten Script Font

As I set out to design my first fonts I had a list of styles that I wanted to pull off to have a good starting set. A set that I would have a bit of everything accounted for and have fonts that I could use to replace ones I reach for the most. In that list was a rough script that would be good for branding. An accent font that would look good with serifs and sans headers. I wanted it to be uneven and varying is size and even to a degree angles.

A perfectly uniform script is easier to connect after all. I wanted to prove to myself that I could do both uniform and less formal scripts. And after a good long while and looking and lettering books, videos, and courses I was able to pull off my first script font. It came with no shortage of lessons and the most thorough round of kerning I've encountered but in the end I love Rosie! The last image is one of my pre-made romance logos featuring both Rosie's Revenge & Missy Murder Sans.
