Can I use these designs for print on demand? 100% YES!
Do I need to modify the designs in order to print on products? Not with the Extended Commercial License. It allows you to use the graphics as they are!
Can I sell the SVG or PNG files themselves? Sadly not. You can use them commercially and sell products with the designs printed on them, but the top guys don't allow you to resell the files themselves.
Can I alter the designs or change the colors? Certainly! SVG files are editable with any vector-editing software like Adobe Illustrator (paid) or Inkscape (free).
