The goal

Revamp our client's platform's Help Center to not only match the redesign UI but too also make it more cohesive and easy to navigate for their users.

The challenge

Their old Help section had a lot of curated help articles, but the navigation was clunky: there was no logical flow to explore and jump around, with related topics seemingly not connected and with just a single level as a Help dashboard. This also made it hard to scale; to add new topics, sub-topics and sections.

The outcome

We left the content as is and mostly worked on the user journey, including indexes, related chapters, an always-present sidebar for quick navigation and a clear trail of breadcrumbs to find your way around and back.
