WIP Mexicalli Mezcal Website Concept

A website concept, inspired by the Oaxacan "Mezcalero" (mezcal harvester), some of the toughest people on the planet.

The paper texture is typical of what's found in more traditional Mezcal labels in Oaxaca.

Initially I looked at using white as the primary color, to match with the bright white shirt of the Mezcalero. I changed to the above paper texture and realistic typewriter text, to give the design a more rustic, warm, and authentic feel.
