The Coffee Alchemist QR Menu Design

Hello everyone!

I'm back with the #UIX101 #043 task after a short break😊

This task was to create a 3rd generation coffee shop menu that would open after scanning a QR code on the table, with a standard but readable, #minimalist and brown-heavy #dark theme.

As a #coffeeholic, this was one of the tasks I enjoyed the most 🤩

First of all, the design had to be so practical that the customer would not need to call the staff as much as possible. Therefore, if the customer knows the coffee they want, they can add it to their cart and order it in two clicks. If they don't know, they can click on the coffee type to go to the details page, then add the coffee to their cart and order it. The number of items added to the cart can be changed. The amount to be paid is also updated in real time as the number changes.

The order has now been successfully placed. The coffee orders arrived at the table. Conversations were made and coffees were drunk. We are now at the payment stage. When making payments in large groups, it can sometimes be confusing who drank what. So when I was designing, I thought of this: Everyone at the table can enter the order through the same QR code. After the order is placed, everyone can scan the QR code, select what they drank, and proceed to the payment page to pay by credit/debit card or cash. If the entire payment is to be made by one person, all checkboxes can be checked and the payment page can be continued.

After the payment is completed, the customer is greeted again to show them sincerity and to encourage them to stay in touch on social media.

What do you think of the QR menus used for ordering? Let's meet in the comments 🌸
