Regimen - Fitness and Health Tracker Mobile App

Hello there πŸ‘‹

πŸŽ‰ I'm excited to share one of my concept designs for a fitness and health mobile app called Regimen!

The problem? Gym-goers struggle to track workouts and maintain a balanced diet due to disjointed and costly digital applications. Many resort to outdated methods like writing it down on paper, while others avoid apps due to subscription costs and feature limitations. The lack of integration between fitness and nutrition apps further complicates progress tracking when they should be working together.

There's a need for an affordable and unified solution that seamlessly integrates workout tracking and dietary management to support holistic wellness goals.

Regimen's Features ✨

The onboarding process of Regimen has one sign up or log back in, after putting in one's credentials. Afterwards, they will be asked to provide information about themselves so that Regimen can provide the best experience for them.

The Food page allows the user to see the process they are making while being able to add all of the food they have eaten and the liquids they have drank. Highlighted quickly are the carbs, fats and protein with a horizontal scroll for me.

The Fitness page allows one to see the progress made at the gym while also being able to log the workouts of the day. The app aims to combine the best of dieting apps like MyFitnessPal and of fitness tracking apps like Hevy.

Branding 🎨

Apps like Hevy and MyFitnessPal can be confusing for people who aren't used to tracking their health online.

Regimen aims to be a lot easier to look at with simple cards, easy to look at colors and a minimal design. The colors compliment this by separating content with the colors. Inter was picked on the font due to its easy readability.
