    Overlay menu

    At the top of the screen I placed tabs that are needed to group displayed information or various control elements. I got inspired by PlayStation 4 & 5 UX, in my opinion the fastest way to navigate through categories and views.

    I think we can explore an idea: when the menu is visible, user should navigate with the paddle shifters. (Will that be counterintuitive for a driver?)

    For list view navigation, I chose a convenient 2-column layout. Nothing to talk about here, it's a common layout you can find on iPadOS/macOS etc. that allows to see options and a detailed view.

    Fonts used

    • Futura Now - as the theme is based on vintage clusters (e.g. w124, w201 etc.) which had Futura

    • MB Corpo S (list view)

    Tools used

    • Figma

    • Midjourney (3d car model)
