Good Times.

This is a proposed hero section for a website for the city of New Orleans in its tourism drive. It draws on the powerful imagery of the state bird, the Pelican which is ubiquitous on the New Orleans coast, the unofficial motto of the city 'let the good times roll'. The city's homegrown basketball team also gets its name from the pelican.
