PROJECT COMPLETION DETAILS AND CURRENT ARRANGEMENTS

A collaborative and transparent process of cooperation between EasyHR and Computools marked the completion of the project. During the initial consultations, both parties defined the project objectives, identified high-level requirements and conducted in-depth analyses and studies of existing solutions. EasyHR's detailed project documentation was crucial in defining the specifications and shaping the application stack. Scrum was chosen as the project management methodology, and the workflow was divided into efficient sprints.  The project's success was underpinned by continuous delivery and feedback sessions, facilitating a transparent relationship between the client and Computools.
