The Servicing Companies have the ability to manage their team, and accept requests to service new properties. Also, the service company can watch the growth/decline of the value of the properties they service.

The Company that owns the properties itself appoints or invites companies to manage their properties. They have the possibility to give permissions and select their existing companies or invite new companies to the system.

The main role is Investors who have a stake in a property, the right to vote for maintenance companies, which in turn are created by the role of "Property manager".
