Keep: Employee Retention Application
FinTech is one of our focus industries, so we were thrilled to deliver our expertise to Keep, an innovative service focused on compensation and retention. Our Geniusee team was eager to assist in creating a platform that enables companies to provide vesting bonuses to their employees in the form of loans.
Through Keep, employees can receive their full bonus cash upfront, with the loan being repaid by the employer over time. The employer submits payment to Keep in advance, and the vesting schedule outlines how much of the loan is vested (forgiven) for the employee. If the employee leaves the company, everything that's not vested should be returned.
