Designing with Principle

" Create an app that helps users learn to care for and maintain their houseplants."

My Design for "Grounded" was "rooted" in designing for the most uneducated beginner. ME. I suck at planting and I would probably kill a plant if I didn't have the internet at my disposal.

Using Gestalt Principles I created a quick design of a Home Page and Log in for people that want to learn how to care for their plant and create watering scheduled that connect to their native calendar. The Pages layout is made to be simple for users to navigate and locate their desired action.

The Navigation bar is location in the action area at the bottom of the screen with the most important features in close proximity to the users finger.
