Social Media Template and UX Writing for Elephant Rock 15
Elephant Rock 15 served as my secondary role, where I handled social media and UX writing for a Malaysian restaurant. It proved to be a rewarding experience filled with challenges, particularly in engaging with customers and stakeholders across the company's social media platforms.
In this capacity, I developed, executed, and supervised the social media strategy, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly information and content architecture. Remaining abreast of emerging trends in both social media and design tools played a crucial role in our success. I meticulously applied the specified logo and brand color to all templates, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
Given that the restaurant had a tropical theme, I incorporated tropical designs into my canvases. Daily responsibilities included updating stories and posts within the scheduled timeframe, ensuring a dynamic and engaging online presence.
