Launch — "mission intern" campaign

Social media recruitment campaign assets created as part of Launch Agency's annual intern search.

One of the first tasks for a new astronaut crew is designing a mission patch. Crew members discuss what shape, colors and emblems it should have to show why their mission is special. This concept served as a fun visual parallel with Launch's space exploration-themed branding — it's both aspirational and achievement-focused. The messaging was inspired by recruitment campaigns, highlighting that the agency was seeking top talent and that completing the internship is an accolade in itself.

In addition to running on social channels, the mission patches were produced as collectible stickers and handed out at job fairs / given to the selected interns.
