Coinly — Illustrative Podcast Covers for Coinly's Youth Series

About the Project

For Coinly's educational podcast aimed at young audiences, we've created a set of enchanting illustrations that double as episode covers. Each piece is designed to captivate and educate, representing key financial concepts in a narrative that resonates with children. The challenge was to visualize abstract financial ideas such as savings growth, investment, and fiscal responsibility in a way that is both appealing and understandable to kids.

About the Shot:

The series features six illustrations, each with its own story to tell. We see a bright coin shining like the sun, hands saving and giving coins to a piggy bank under the stars, and a castle representing long-term financial goals. Each illustration is imbued with metaphorical imagery, such as a graph indicating growth, a medallion of savings, and a backpack stuffed with tools for financial education. The palette is a mix of warm reds and oranges, cool blues, and soothing greens, selected to engage and attract the youthful eye. These covers use bold shapes, textured finishes, and sparkles to suggest the magic of learning about money, while maintaining a cohesive look that aligns with the Coinly brand.
