Alice in Wonderland (2010) - Typography

I've taken inspiration on real trees and fantasy trees to draw this Illustrated Capital Letter, whose trunk is represented by the typographic concept, mixing perfectly both concepts, both the typographic one and the artistic one, transforming it into an artwork. 

I started drawing the Capital T from the typography of "Alice in Wonderland" by Tim Burton as a sketch mode, and next I allowed myself to draw the tree with its respective shapes, both the trunk and the green content (leaves), outlining them and then colouring, shadowing and giving them their respective volumes to make it more realistic, but without ceasing to be an illustration. Lastly, I've coloured the letter in black, and you have the final result in the last image. 

It's done with callibrated black markers.
