PinTrip: Mobile app improving tourists experience

I would like to share with you a sneak peak of app redesign project.

PinTrip is an application that allows tourists to quickly plan sightseeing tours and use ready-made ones. It facilitates and speeds up the process of planning a trip. Original PinTrip app was delivered by me together with four other designers during my postgraduate studies in UX design.

We completed full design process including steps:

• Desk research

• Interviews with real users

• Creating personas

• CJM and Value Proposition Canvas

• User flows & Wireframing

• Prototyping

• Testing
