Bandwidth Test Animation Wip

I thought I'd share my first attempt at animating, while it's still a work in progress. I still have a few elements to add but it's getting there...slowly.

A user will see this during a bandwidth test. It's something a little more enjoyable to look at than a generic pre-loader.
