DailyUI 002 Credit Card Form for PeaPod

My entry for DailyUI day 002, credit card checkout. I decided to do this in the context of the PeaPod checkout, since I'm a new customer and was delighted to grocery shop from my couch :-)

The goal was to keep it simple while still allowing the customer to always be able to see exactly what they're paying for.
