Risk Assessment - UX Process

What is the tool and the need for it?

With the use of a risk assessment tool, you can help identify and eliminate any unexpected situations that may arise in your business processes. Despite any mitigation procedures in place that can help reduce the severity of an issue, implementing a program that can detect risks early helps managers catch any problems before they progress. Finding a precise tool to identify issues is beneficial to helping you define risks.

Risky is a risk assessment tool for one of the largest malls in the Balkans named Mall Center. Our risk assessment tool provided managers and employees with a streamlined process for assessing any potential hazards on site.

Risks or potential hazards can be efficiently communicated to management with our platform, they can be also recognized and reported systematically, and insights are discovered quickly through user-friendly analytics. That was accomplished by user interviews, user surveys, and user testing on the site.

The platform was made with React for the front end and Mud as a design system, the backend was developed with Python.
