App icon for TANGEDCO

I choose to modify the prompt slightly to Create a new icon for TANGEDCO mobile app icon (TNEB) since the old Icon was outdated . Implemented the green and blue gradient as colors to towards sustainable electricity generation . Removed Text in old icon and replaced with Map of Tamil Nadu to match name with power generation and distribution.
