Irancell’s DPOS

Irancell’s DPOS project is one of the most complex projects our team has worked on in the past few years, both in terms of business and design.

One of our biggest challenges during the design phase was the discussion around information architecture. Due to the large volume of data and features, we needed to consider a flexible structure that would enable the project’s expandability.

We addressed the challenge of developing and maintaining the design of this project by using the modular design method, which allowed us to update MTN designs and add features in different phases.
