EVENT FLYER
Hey there!
I created this flyer for an event that I organize and manage with other stakeholders dedicated to university students called "Aperitivo Universitario".
The main objectives of this design were:
to create something elegant;
to give "Aperitivo Universitario" and its logo more visibility to increase brand awareness around the logo/symbol;
to display, express, and communicate very clearly all the relevant information about the event, such as when, where, live music, etc.;
to display logos of sponsors and partners involved.
I reached all of these objectives by:
adopting one clear, readable font, which is the same for every other creation of "Aperitivo Universitario" to make the brand easier to recognize;
creating a grid dedicated to the relevant and pivotal information of the event, and every one of them has a dedicated place in the grid;
putting the QR code and username of the event's Instagram profile to create traffic towards it and increase the social media presence;
positioning the logo in the upper center region below the grid to create space for it and to increase the logo/brand awareness;
asking the photographer to shoot this picture like this so that it would create the correct space in the composition for the brand's logo and the info on top while giving enough space for the other important logos below.
I also manage every aspect of Aperitivo Universitario's marketing and communications, PR, relationships, etc. I also created the logo and the brand identity, I manage the Instagram account, from the editorial plan to the creation of the posts, etc., etc.
All flyers for this brand always need to be prepared for both digital and printing, which means that, once my definitive idea is approved by all parties involved in the decision, I finalize it, readapt it to different formats (IG post, IG story, A3, A4, A5 paper, 16:9 for screens, etc.) and prepare it also for printing (CMYK profile color, blees, etc.).
All parties were happy with the outcomes!
