Project Details
Client Goal
The objective of the LAARYY project was to create an intuitive, user-friendly platform that connects users with professional interpreters and translators on-demand. The goal was to facilitate seamless communication across over 110 languages, ensuring users can easily schedule and conduct voice calls, video calls, and text-based translations at their convenience. The platform needed to be accessible via both a website and a mobile app, offering a responsive design that caters to various user needs, from business meetings to personal communications.
My Contribution
As the lead designer for the LAARYY project, my responsibilities included:
User Interface (UI) Design: I crafted a clean, modern, and visually appealing UI that enhances user experience. This included designing the layout for both the website and mobile app, ensuring consistency and ease of navigation.
User Experience (UX) Design: I focused on creating a seamless user journey, from searching for interpreters to scheduling and conducting calls. I incorporated feedback loops and user testing to refine the UX and ensure it met user expectations.
Brand Identity: I developed the visual branding for LAARYY, including the color palette, typography, and iconography, to create a cohesive and professional look across all platforms.
Responsive Design: I ensured the design was fully responsive, providing an optimal experience on a variety of devices, from desktops to smartphones.
Illustrations: I used image-generative AIs to create the illustrations and then I modified the colors and some details of them on Figma.
Project Success
The LAARYY project was a conceptual success, demonstrating my ability to design a comprehensive digital solution that meets modern communication needs. The design was well-received in design showcases and received positive feedback for its clarity, usability, and aesthetic appeal. Although the project remains a conceptual design, it showcases my ability to deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions that can be adapted for real-world applications.
