Web application that facilitates the management and booking of bed spaces and rooms for property rentals. The web-app will provide a platform for property owners or managers to list available bed spaces and rooms, while potential tenants can search for and reserve the desired accommodation.

Problem
How to improve booking rental for room and bedspace and help the user to move-in?
Looking for room or bed-space rental is a big deal for the people who are from provinces or long-distance place that needs to work or for their studies in universities in the city. For visiting the room place is much hassle for the people who are from province usually with terms for 1st come, first serve, so before the person visit the place, the room unit is not available already. With the time and hassle to go to.
Goal
Streamline Property Management
Creating and managing property listings, updating availability, managing inquiries and bookings, and facilitating communication with potential tenants. By centralizing these tasks and automating processes, property owners and managers can save time and effort in managing their rental properties.
Tenant Search and Booking Experience
With search and filter functionality, accurate property information with detailed descriptions and photos, real-time availability updates, secure online payment options, and instant booking confirmations. The goal is to make the entire process quick, convenient, and transparent for tenants, facilitating a positive rental experience.
Reliable User Reviews
With user reviews and ratings for both users and property owners/manager, ensuring that reliable and authentic information is available to potential tenants. By having trustworthy environment, the app helps users make informed decisions and builds a strong community of reliable renters and property owners/managers.
Provide Efficient Communication and Notifications
With seamless communication between property owners/managers and tenants, offering messaging functionalities that allow quick and direct communication. Additionally, the app should provide notifications for important updates, such as new inquiries, booking requests, reservation confirmations, and reminders.
