Why I took up this project

It all began with a disadvantage. When I was looking for dance classes online, I noticed a common problem: dance studios were poorly presenting their services.

I noticed issues with information architecture and proper content presentation, making it difficult to find class information and register.

The primary goal 🕺🏻

My goal was to offer simple, user-friendly navigation.

By producing visually striking content and enticing users to enter the realm of dance with each click, I aimed to make it simple yet engaging for users to find basic information.

Design process

Quick branding and business analysis

I decided the visual identity of my fictional studio must represent the lively attitude of the young individuals who make up my target group.

Defining the primary design features

Upon analysis, I determined that the primary goal of the client is to look up courses and get information about dancing schools in order to verify and validate their worth and expertise.

Because of all of this, my top four website features are: about us, workshops, contacts, and courses.

First drafts

I played with different layout ideas and aesthetic styles.

Then, decided to look for a proper mix of modern, contemporary, and vivid themes with vintage pictures.

Why does the final design look like this?

Dance Studio's target audience is young people, so the design must reflect the studio's lively personality through a balanced blend of vibrant hues and bold fonts. As a result, I chose vibrant colours, appealing animations, and an artistic layout.
