The product

SupaBoy Burgers is a food truck based in Cagliari, Sardinia, and it specialises in well crafted gourmet burgers. The owners would like to develop an app that improves the ordering experience

The problem

• Customers find the ordering process limited and cumbersome

• Lack of a dedicated app

The goal

• Improve the ordering experience

• Create an app that caters to a diverse clientele

• Reach a vaster user base

Paper wireframes

The main objective here was to to create a coherent user flow that would allow customers to place their order and follow it in real time

Digital wireframes

Users should see relevant information and be able to order and track their food at a glance. 

Other relevant but less important info will be available in the homepage, but with a lower visual hierarchy.

Usability study: findings

Two usability studies has been conducted. In both rounds the interviewees were asked to place and order and track it to completion
