In a lightning-fast 14-day sprint, we took on the challenge of crafting a communication and project management solution tailored for agencies, aptly named "Comms." The primary goal was crystal clear: design a fully functional product that would redefine how agencies manage client relationships and maintain accountability.
Our greatest hurdle was the need for speed. To tackle this, we adopted a sprint-inspired methodology that allowed us to create the information architecture (IA) and user experience (UX) within a matter of days. Given the tight timeline, our focus was predominantly on UX, leaving minimal room for extensive UI development.
Despite these constraints, our dedicated team worked relentlessly to deliver a fully functional prototype within the set timeframe. The prototype served as a powerful tool for pitching our vision to stakeholders, demonstrating the product's potential impact and usability.
