This workshop series centered on the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) was designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by the Black communities in areas such as Jane/Finch, Scarborough, Eglinton West, Brampton, Mississauga, and Hamilton. With a focus on climate change and its local and global implications, the sessions combined expert insights with community engagement.

The goal was to empower participants with knowledge, tools, and strategies, fostering resilience and fostering a proactive approach towards environmental and cultural preservation.
