Rootstrap is a software development and design agency.

Its team is pretty active at organizing internal meetups, conferences and other events, but for the non-designers it was hard to come up with assets to announce them.

With a 300+ employee count, the small brand design team couldn’t manage all the requests, so we created internal comms templates that made it easy for everyone in the company -designer or not- to share event announcements while keeping the brand consistent.
