Reverse Engineering of a Waste Recycling Plant

This case study demonstrates our expertise in reverse engineering for a European production plant client. The client wanted to retrofit and upgrade their existing production line equipment to improve efficiency and output. Our onsite engineers manually measured the equipment, assemblies and sub-assemblies. We used various parametric CAD tools to developed 3D CAD models and drawings, 2D manufacturing drawings for all the equipment and plant layout. The new proposed layout and equipment modifications were projected to digitized designs for future reference and updates.
