The eccentric Muriz and the simpleton Freni are ordinary frog brothers leading an ordinary frog life, but everything changes when Muriz, impressed by the life of the Italian mafia, decides to change his dull life with his brother and become Don Muriz Quakakone, taking the whole swamp under his strong wing.

However, residents are in no hurry to accept the new "Mafia", because all the ideas of the brothers about the mafia are based on episodes of the popular television series "Life of the Mafia", in connection with which the frogs regularly get into funny stories.
