Exploring Serenity: Art for Tounoir single - "Round and Round"

I'm excited to share with you one more project: the single cover for the band Tounoir, titled "Round and Round." In this project, I aimed to capture calmness and a sense of completeness through a color scheme inspired by the feeling of moonlight and a digital painting technique that emulates watercolors and screen printing.

Technique and Style:

To bring this concept to life, I delved into digital painting, combining elements of watercolor and screen printing. Subtle texture and brushstroke effects give the cover a tactile feel, as if we could touch the ribbed glass that diffuses sunlight. The soft colors and gradient resemble the colors in the sky during twilight. Small details make all the difference. Geometric shapes subtly superimposed on the image evoke the stages of a moonlight. These discreet details encourage closer observation, allowing viewers to delve into the layers of meaning behind the art.

Typography and Circular Forms:

Lettering plays a crucial role in this cover. I chose to work with circular shapes to compose the band's name (Tounoir), reminiscent of the Moon's circular movement and form.
