Engine 24 Firehouse

Engine 24 Firehouse. 2711 Dauphine Street, New Orleans, Louisiana. Built c. 1900.

Currently being used as a short-term vacation rental. (Don't worry! It is licensed.)
The original Firehouse that remains in the back was built as stables for the horse-drawn fire engines. It was rebuilt in 2004. The main structure (pictured) was built approximately 50 or 60 years after that with decorative brick patterns in a Victorian style.
