Bank of Kigali is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Rwanda's financial landscape. While their products are of top-notch quality, but let's be honest, I couldn't ignore the user experience gaps. It's not very good, and The user experience needed a boost.

💡 After meticulous research and brainstorming, I am thrilled to introduce the Scan and Pay feature to the BK app. This revolutionary feature is user-focused and ushers in a new era of seamless, secure, and hassle-free payments through cutting-edge QR Code technology.

Why did I embark on this mission, you ask? The answer is simple. 🌍 In a world where digital payments have become the norm, Rwanda faced challenges in adopting smooth and hassle-free transactions. 💪 Placing Users First: As a Product Designer 🧑‍🤝‍🧑, I embarked on a journey of listening to users and understanding their pain points through in-depth user research, engaging surveys, insightful interviews, and rigorous testing. I closely listened to user needs. The pain points were clear: sluggish mobile money transactions, struggles with complex payment methods, payment errors, security concerns were prevalent, technological obstacles for non-tech users were evident, along with security worries. 🛑🔐 Slow mobile money transactions and security concerns were widespread. Shopping had become a sluggish and cumbersome task. But fear not, for I have a solution!

💡 The outcome? The Scan and Pay feature is born! This feature simplifies payments with just three clicks. Bid farewell to sending money to the wrong person or grappling with complex payment methods, payment errors, and the daunting process for non-tech users. Security concerns during shopping at supermarkets, stores, gas stations, or even hopping on a motorcycle ride are now things of the past. This innovation is crafted to make your life easier, transactions smoother, and shopping quicker. — simply scan and pay in just three clicks. It's like magic!

🎮 Leading the Way: By prioritizing user needs, these Scan and Pay features can make the BK app a household name, possibly rivaling the region's most popular apps. Move over, Momo app, because it's time to shine, Bank of Kigali! 🌟 and for the people of Rwanda to shine brighter than ever before! ⭐️
