For Le Patio Poland, a distributor of illy Italian coffee, we organised a studio tour for bloggers from Poland. The main aim of the event was to introduce the Polish audience to the world of illy coffee and the process of its creation.

Customer workshops

The trip to Trieste, home to illy's headquarters, coffee factory and Università del caffè (University of Coffee), was packed with activities, including a workshop where the bloggers could learn how to prepare the perfect cappuccino under the guidance of a professional barista.

The entire stay in the world of illy coffee was reported by the bloggers on their social media channels, where nearly 60 photos were published on Facebook and 90 on Instagram. In total, they collected 14 500 likes and 435 comments.

Effects of our activities

The fanpage of illypolska gathered a 43% increase in fans compared to the number of fans before the trip. Posts from Italy, tagging participants and commenting on bloggers' photos contributed to an increase in engagement on the profile. In addition, sales in the client's online shop increased several times during this time.
