Alekseon is an agency, creating specialised e-commerce solutions for the fashion industry, based on Magento Adobe Commerce and Shopify.

The company approached us because it had a prepared strategy for the brand's digital presence, but encountered difficulties during the process of implementing it on its own. At the start, we received a document that needed supplementing, indicating a specific direction and imposing a new quality of presentation of the rich offer on a fully experienced agency.

Our work on completing the existing strategy and implementing the new communication was preceded by a workshop meeting between Alekseon representatives and the Beeffective team. At the outset, we defined the brand's values and objectives, which allowed us to better understand our client's needs and target group. We also wanted to reinforce the activities of our new brand communication with expressive graphics.

In B2B communication on Alekseon's brand profiles, we focus on presenting the range of services provided, as well as experience, sharing examples of case studies or articles of the expert blog run by the company's employees.

These activities create an image of the brand as a trustworthy business partner.

In order to ensure consistency of the new communication and graphics used both in organic posts and in our campaigns, we recommended making visual changes to the Alekseon website as well.

In order to maintain consistency of communication at each stage of the potential customer's path, we took care of a comprehensive graphic design of the website, which had previously stood out from the refreshed publications appearing in social media.

In addition to communication activities on Alekseon profiles, we also manage paid lead campaigns in Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
