Meditation app

This is a meditation app designed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Given the high increase of stress and anxiety during the pandemic, I researched and design an app that would support users in reducing stress, anxiety, and improving their overall well-being. The app incorporates features like immersive soundscapes and adjustable session lengths to create a serene meditation environment. It offers guided meditations, relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques tailored to address anxiety and other pandemic-related challenges. Additionally, it includes dedicated tools for improving sleep quality and integrating mindfulness into daily activities.

PS: This app was designed in Portuguese.
