Aram Khachaturyan. Soviet Armenian composer. Alongside with Sergei Prokofiev and Dmitri Shostakovich, Khachaturian is sometimes dubbed as one of the three "titans" of Soviet music. Khachaturyan works were often influenced by classical European and Armenian folk music.
