YouTube - Reimagined

A design task that landed the job. The task was pretty simple - reimagine the YouTube landing page and introduce new features that would allow you to know what's hot and stay in the conversations.

There are some light touches here an there to freshen up the UI - but the obvious big changes are the additions of a featured live channels banner and a new expanding bottom sheet, where you could dock any channel live chats to the bottom of your page.

There's a lot going on here. And while I still like the overall outcome of this design, I can't help but cringe at the thought of how I absolutely did not have keyboard accessibility in mind while designing this.
