Investment company landing page

Notes from the distant 2016

While pursuing a non-design (albeit related) major in university, I already realized during my second year that I wanted to specialise in human-computer interaction and UX design.

It involved a lot of self-learning, devouring tons of literature, articles, and guides. I ventured into generating my own projects and sought mentorship and support from the design community (which, by the way, turned out quite successful).

By the time I landed an internship at 415Аgеncy, I was bursting with enthusiasm for the beginning of my career. To my surprise, the visual aspect of the work proved to be the most challenging in the early stages. Crafting concepts, color schemes, and styles — all of it came through trial and error, with heaps of iterations.

I remember being extremely satisfied with this particular landing page design at one point. Yes, from the perspective of 2023, the graphics and layout seem outdated, but in 2016-2017, it was pretty cool.

Creating landing pages wasn't the main part of my job, but since I worked in an agency, the flow of such tasks helped me gain experience and become more confident in visual design.
