B.A.Y. Builders Construction is a result of the collaboration among Mr. Anthony Butihen, Mr. Christhoper Ernacio and Mr. Bryan Vibes Guerra in partnership with GIC-INT Construction Service that has a strong background in design and construction.

The company firmly believes in the importance of taking care of its people, making sure their needs are met for them to be able to produce quality work and be highly motivated when doing their job. It is one, of the many values that this company practices in order to expand its now vast workforce. On July 2019, the company made the move for registration of the business in the Philippine government.
